We sponsored the Singer Songwriter’s Stage at the Westword Music Festival this Summer
Our favorite player won the Martin DMCE Guitar we gifted for the Winner.

Howard Ostrow Played his Original New Age type music
and we really enjoyed it!

Brandy Herbert and Tony Buford
Put the sweet voice of Tony with the classy playing Brandy gave us,
and all the mothers were swooning!

Jazz Partners
Played very fine and fun Jazz numbers with Walter embry (guitar) Obe (on drums), Kevin Reeed (bass, and gutest from New Jersey, Jerry Epps on keys

Christy Wessler (checked Shirt) playing Celbrate Life, Dave Schaper playing, ” I Don’t Know Much About Waltzing”, Sandy Reay (organizer of the event) playing Red Shoes, and Patrick Dethlefs playing “Let’s Go”
No One Man
Playing an original entitled My Daddy’s Ford written by Mike Mcguffey,
on guitar, and accompanied by Noel Stubblefield on Cello and
Eric Listou on Percussion and Harmonica. He wrote this tune
while fixing his Dad’s Ford in 1991.

Here’s Chris singing an original called “I’m in the Mood for You”.
She Co-wrote this tune with Fred Wolking.
Chance entertained us with his sequenced
and synthesized original arrangements

Tracy Quinn Obrien
Played his hand-painted guitar some wonderful originals.
Dan Treanor
Played harmonica and a homemade instrument called a Khalam

Dan McCrimmon
Played and told stories about cowboys and the Smokey Hill River territory.
We all gathered and remembered times past. Thanks, Dan
